Professor of Statistics
Short Bio.
I am full professor of Statistics at the
University of Salerno
and a faculty member of the NSE graduate school of the
University of Naples "Federico II".
I received my Ph.D. in Statistics from
University College London (UCL, UK),
and my Master of Science (M.Sc.) at the
University of Pennsylvania (UPenn, USA).
I am broadly interested in the intersection of statistics and computational data science, with applications to machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Over the years, I have taught both undergraduate and graduate courses in inference, probability, computational and learning methods, and econometrics.
